    At last some straightforward information about diet! Very good book, has helped my acid reflux, however trying to stick to the meal plans was quite difficult as I don’t have an oven in work. It has highlighted foods I never associated with acid reflux such as cucumber and peppers – for the time being I am staying well away of these foods. I like the fact it tells me what I can eat and what may trigger my acid off. I am still using the book regularly and am actually finding some really tasty meals.
