    Essentially, this is an overview, offering gentle guidance to those with an acid problem. I would suggest that sufferers have already done their research as to what foods to avoid to alleviate this unpleasant condition. If not, then skip all the guff, go direct to the recommended foods for the first 28 days diet and then evaluate. Best advice is to stop all caffeine and eliminate milk, cream and citrus, onions, garlic and rubbish processed sugary foods. The recipes are OK for those with…
